
🚨 Final Reminder – Reimbursement Submission Deadline: September 11, 2026
This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit documentation for 2025–2026 course and workshop reimbursements is September 11, 2026. To ensure your reimbursement can be processed before the 2025–2026 accounting books are closed, all required documentation must be received by this date.
Required Documentation
Regular Pro-D Applications
• Proof of payment
• Certificate of completion (if applicable)
Credit Courses
• Tuition receipt
• Course completion documentation, including a passing grade
⚠️ Please note that reimbursement applications must be complete by September 11, 2026. Unfortunately, applications that remain incomplete or outstanding after this date will be cancelled and cannot be processed, as year-end accounting procedures will have been finalized.
