
Submit your application at least 7 days before the professional development (PD) activity.
Ensure you read and understand all funding protocols before applying.
Attach all necessary documents with your application.
If you are submitting receipts in a foreign currency:
• Clearly indicate the original currency amount on your form.
• Include a copy of your credit card statement showing the exchange rate at the time of purchase (you may redact unrelated transactions).
According to the agreement between the DTA and the District, members who retire, resign, or are terminated before attending a scheduled PD activity are not eligible for reimbursement.
