Collaboration for Safety
The DTA Health and Safety Chair works with CUPE and School District Staff, including the Health and Safety Officer, to:
Promote and assist in creating safe work practices and environments;
Recommend actions to improve the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety program;
Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations;
Address district-wide health and safety trends and issues.
